These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hestiaco.ca (the "Site") and any quote request, estimate or service arrangement with Hestia Co. ("Hestia," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Hestia provides commercial cleaning, sanitation, landscaping and snow removal services to offices, medical clinics, retail, industrial and multi-tenant properties across the Greater Toronto Area. Specific scope, frequency, pricing and terms for any engagement are set out in a separate service agreement or quote accepted by both parties — nothing on this Site constitutes a binding service contract on its own.
Quotes requested through the Site are estimates based on the information you provide (property type, size, address, services needed and frequency). Final pricing may vary following an in-person walkthrough or site assessment. Submitting a quote request does not obligate either party until a service agreement is signed.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Site by anyone else. You agree not to:
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos and images — is the property of Hestia Co. or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce or distribute this content without our prior written consent.
Our quote form is processed through Zoho CRM. Use of that form is also subject to Zoho's own applicable terms as our service provider. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party platforms outside our control.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hestia Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Ontario or Canadian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
